ཐར་ལམ་སྒྲོན་མེ་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་འདི། །

解脫明燈之吉祥上師

Auspicious Guru is the guidance of Enlightenment

མ་མཇལ་གནས་ལུགས་རྟོགས་ཐབས་མི་འདུག་པས། །

未見無了悟元智方法

Not meeting one then have no means to attain Vast Awakening

གར་འགྲོ་ཤེས་དུས་གཡང་ལ་མི་མཆོང་བར། །

知曉去向切莫跳懸崖

Don’t jump off a cliff if knowing whereabouts

དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ལ་ནན་ཏན་བྱེད་པར་ཤོག །

殊勝正法精進願勤修

May I practice auspicious Dharma diligently

ནད་སེལ་སྨན་དང་འདྲ་བའི་དམ་ཆོས་འདི། །

淨化病情藥般之佛法

Buddhadharma like medicine for healing

མ་ཐོས་སྤང་བླང་ཤེས་ཐབས་མི་འདུག་པས། །

無聽聞則無取捨方法

Not learning then don’t know the ways to take and abandon

ཕན་གནོད་ཤེས་དུས་བཙན་དུག་མི་འགོམ་པར། །

知曉利弊則不吞毒藥

Understanding pros and cons then won’t drink poison 

དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ལ་ནན་ཏན་བྱེད་པར་ཤོག །

殊勝正法精進願勤修

May I practice auspicious Dharma diligently

མུ་ནས་འགོད།待續
